About Me
I'm so glad you're here! You are in good hands with me because I have a long history with real estate service. It began in San Francisco, working with my parents in the family real estate brokerage. We had an office in Noe Valley on Church street for years. I wanted to do something on my own, so I moved to a mortgage company where I learned about loan processing and underwriting until I became a loan officer and worked in big banks and mortgage companies. Because I understand real estate finance, I can communicate with your loan officer and help you have a smoother escrow. I recommend working with a local lender. There are several lenders that I have had excellent experiences with and have known for a long time. See my team below. I took some time away from real estate in 2010 and went to the marketing, graphic design, and photography program at American River College. I did marketing and social media for startups, created my brand and local blog, and started a lifestyle and brand photography business. All of this enhances my real estate business and services to my clients. I even do family portraits as a gift to my home buyers when we close escrow on their new homes. How do you work with me? We do an initial 15-30 minute audio or video call to see if we are a good fit. If we decide to work together, we sign a buyer/broker or seller/broker agreement and move to the next phase. I always want to set expectations upfront so that we are on the same page, ensuring that I can give you the best service and meet your needs. Educating you along the way helps you make informed decisions. You don't have to be ready to buy or sell to talk to me.
